First of all, I am blown away by the amazing customer service. After reading the reviews I purchased this item back in December (5 months ago) and I started experienced a few technical malfunctions. The screen would flash white and reload every couple of seconds and seemed to have some connection issues. Although that was annoying, It wasn't enough for me to send back. Fast forward a few months later and one of the cameras stopped functioning correctly. Now, I should have contacted the seller right away when I first started experiencing problems because I clearly had a "lemon" from the bunch. However, I didn't so when it stopped working 5 months after purchasing the item, I noticed that my return window was obviously gone through Amazon so I decided I would at least contact the seller and see if there was anything they could do. Well, that brings me to this review. I contacted the seller and let them know the issues I was having and they responded very quickly and assured me that they stand behind their products and it didn't matter that it had been 5 MONTHS!! :O They asked me to try a few trouble shooting tasks, which were very simple. I tried those, and nothing worked so I emailed them back, which is when they responded letting me know that they have sent a new one out. I only had to send TWO emails to get mine replaced. It was such an amazing experience that I will recommend this product to all of my family and friends. I would give TEN STARS+ if I could. I received the new monitor and everything works perfectly! Very happy customer!

I decided to get a video baby monitor when my daughter moved into her own room, but I didn't want to spend a fortune and I wanted something that couldn't be hacked. I found this one and decided on the version with the slightly bigger screen. We've been using it for a few days now and we're pretty pleased. The sound and video quality is decent, though I haven't been able to see the color video due to the angle of our camera and the fact that it's too dark in my daughter's room a lot of the time, so it is pretty much always in night mode. It also has a lot of useful features such as the night light and the Eco mode. I like the idea of the lullabys but we haven't used them because they're really loud and sound a little crazy (to me). The white noise, however, is very nice. If you use the white noise, expect it to come through loudly on the monitor. My place is relatively small so we haven't had any issues with reception whatsoever, it always has full reception. Set up was really easy, you just have to plug the camera in and turn the monitor on, it pairs automatically. Overall, I'm really pleased with this monitor, especially when considering the $85 price tag. Not bad at all!

Received the monitor today and when I saw the Parent Unit, the pad used to regulate the volume, brightness and "Ok" button was installed upside down. See attached picture. Don't see how it could have passed quality control when it's an obvious problem. I tried to reach Babysense customer service per the enclosed instruction card but nobody answered. I checked to make sure I dialed the right number, I did. Tried calling twice, no answer. UPDATE: Babysense customer service contacted me via email and on Amazon's review comment section. They immediately took responsibility for the defective unit. They were most apologetic and overnighted a complete new system. They've kept in contact via email letting me know the status of the replacement and wanting to know when I received it along with making sure everything worked 100% correctly, Talk about customer service, they set an excellent example. They've asked I return the defective unit for further evaluation to see what happened and to make sure it doesn't happen again. They are picking up the return shipping costs. Have to commend Babysense for trying to figure out what happened and not to let it happen again. As for the camera and parent unit, they work great, The speakers on both units provide very good clear sounds,. The display on the parent unit has sharp colors and images. The night vision is easy to see. The ability to handle multiple cameras is easy to use. Using the parent unit's microphone yields clear sounds on the camera unit. I would suggest Babysense enhance the product by providing a weight which can be attached to the bottom of the camera for increased support. Another attachment would be a suction cup which can also be attached to the bottom of the camera to keep the unit from moving. Each of these additional items would enhance the product's use under various circumstances. I recommend both the product and the company.

We have had this monitor for about 9 months, and are really happy with our purchase. When we had a second baby, we were looking for a monitor that would toggle between two different cameras so we could keep an eye on both of our young children while they were sleeping. I'll go through a few things we like, and a couple we would love to see changed, but the most important thing to know about this camera is that the customer service is incredible. About 2 months after purchasing the camera, the power button didn't work. I emailed the seller, and they responded within a few hours, offering to replace the unit. It turned out to be a bit of operator error on my part, and we didn't need the replacement, however, I was impressed with their response. More recently, the monitor was dropped in water, and I inquired with the seller if it was possible to purchase a monitor separate from a camera. They again responded within 24 hours, and are sending a replacement at no cost to me. To me, this customer service, as well as the many features we like about this product, make it something I'd highly recommend. Pros: *Affordable! This is much more cost effective than many monitors, and it's a great product for the money. *Ability to toggle between multiple (up to 4) cameras *Long battery life *Good picture quality *Dual microphone *Room temperature on display Cons: *While I love that you can set the monitor to automatically go between multiple cameras (I think it's a 10 second loop), if there is a noise in one room when the camera is on the other, it doesn't switch over. *When the monitor is on Eco mode, the sound is still on unless you manually mute it. If you choose to do that, you wouldn't hear if a camera was picking up noise. Again, the customer service, and overall features of this monitor are amazing. I would highly recommend this!

Best baby purchase hands down. Looking to replace our Summer Infant dinosaur of a monitor, we wanted a non-WIFI, preferably a dual screen, 2+ camera monitor, with dual audio capability where somehow we'd be able to see and hear 2 rooms at ones. We now have a 6 week old, with a 2 year old we still want to keep an eye on and don't want to have to choose a favorite kid. After looking everywhere and at everything, we bought this monitor solely based on the reviews, which were substantially higher than all the big brands. The only thing stopping us at first was the unavailability of extra cameras that could be bought separately, but at the $75 price tag and the high reviews we wanted to give it a try. We bought 2 of these monitors almost a week ago, assuming we can sync the cameras to one handset and keep the extra unit as back up. We were right. For $150 we now have a 2 camera monitor, that has every feature we were looking for. It zooms, pans in zoom mode, has a mode where the screen swaps between rooms automatically every 10 seconds or you can just leave it on either camera if you have one kid napping, detects sound automatically depending on the sensitivity mode you choose, has an ECO mode that shuts the monitor off (at night for example) to save battery until either camera detects sound and flips to that camera. It's small, super light, fully charged in 1-2 hours and lasted the actual 8 hours it says it should with continuous use. The small screen doesn't feel like a small screen, because the resolution is awesome in normal or zoom mode. The two way talk feature is nice to have as well, with a fairly clear sound. There are other features that we don't really use, like the alarm you can set for 2, 4 or 6 hours out to remind you of something and 4 prerecorded lullabies you can play. The only thing I'd change is the kickstand, it could be a bit less flimsy, but it's least important. We're debating about waiting for the extra cameras to come out for sale or just buying another whole monitor while it's $75. Even at $75 for a whole set, for what this monitor features, it's a steal. Most big brand monitors sell the additional cameras alone for $75+/each. We absolutely LOVE this monitor.

I wish I would have gotten this when I had my first baby. So much better than the infant optics one I had. The screen and cameras on this is great. I can see what is a pillow, blanket or my toddler in her bed. I have not used the lullaby feature or the talk to baby feature (yet), but so far I am very pleased with this product. The screen is very bright, even on the lowest setting. Which is good, but when you're sleeping in a dark room, this creates a lot of light. But I can live with that. The speaker is also very loud, even on the lowest setting. Which again, is good but I think could go a little quieter for night time. The night vision is wonderful and clear. My only complaint really is that when using the scan feature to switch back and forth from the two cameras, the eco function doesn't activate. If set on one camera, the eco function will activate and the screen will go dark until a noise is heard from that room. If they could make it so I could use the scan feature and the eco feature at the same time, then it would be perfect. This monitor system is easy to use, was easy to set up and seems to be a great product.

I looked online and in stores for the right monitor that would also be reasonable in price. I found this and am very happy! Pros: image is clear Sound works great Cool features to add music or talk through monitor Super easy to set up Great price Cons: Screen is a bit small I would totally recommend this model to friends.

I wanted a good reliable baby monitor for my 20 months toddler. So far we've been using the audio only cheap one, and since we're expecting baby #2 I figured now we should go ahead and invest in a good monitor. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on this, but did want a good quality product. I went ahead and ordered the 2 camera bundle. So far it's been working great! I use this right now mostly at night, and the night vision looks good and clear, same for the sound. We live in a 2 story house and I get good signal downstairs as well. I like the face that it has an Eco option to reserve battery and turn off the screen if not needed. I think that the value for the price is really great, and I'm very happy with this monitor.

I just received this camera/monitor system. I'm using it as a secondary system for the kids playroom while I use the Samsung Wisenet SEW 3057WN cameras and monitor in the nursery. Although the Samsung system is amazing, I wanted a second system so I can watch the kids in the playroom. This Baby Sense monitor and cameras with the wide angle lenses is a great system for the money! Although the monitor is a bit small, it is very clear and you can zoom in to see specific areas and the picture quality during the day is very good. A big issue with most systems is that their monitors are not clear, but this one is almost as clear as the Samsung Wisenet which is one of the best monitors out there. (I have not used it night and probably won't much since they will not be playing too much in the playroom at night.) Also, the cameras are very light so mounting them to the wall with the little screw mount on the bottom of the camera is a bit problematic - the electric wire plugs into the bottom of the camera and pulls it in the direction of the wire. I had to get creative mounting the cameras to the wall so the wires didn't pull the camera off the view I wanted. One other thing - the wide angle lenses are included in this bundle, but I didn't see them in the box right away. They are in small black rubber cases inside small zip-lock bags with ho markings or writing regarding what they are. I thought they were clips to hold the camera or the wires to the wall. Nope, those are the little wide-angle lenses. And, they're very easy to put on the cameras. You just screw them on to the existing camera lens. They seem like high quality metal lenses. Overall this is a great system for the money.

I have a 96 year old, bed-ridden mother who keeps trying to get out of bed and I needed something to tell me when she was trying to do that with out startling her and making her fall. Babysense Video Monitor to the rescue!!!!!! I only had it set up for 2 days and it has already paid for itself! Totally easy to set up...........plug it in, let it charge up and turn it on !!!! Way easier than the security camera ! Great picture, day or night, I can hear all sounds in her room and she can hear me. The best part about it.......It was affordable !!!! I definitely recommend this monitor.
