Chuẩn bị làm mắm tép chưng thịt: Rửa sạch sả, chỉ lấy phần gốc to, cắt nhuyễn. Bóc vỏ hành tím và tỏi, bỏ hạt ớt. Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào máy xay sinh tố, xay nhỏ.
Cách làm mắm tép chưng thịt: Đặt chảo chống dính lên bếp đun nóng (không cho dầu ăn). Thêm thịt xay vào đảo đều cho thịt tơi ra, bạn đảo cho đến khi thịt ra nước rồi tiếp tục đun cho đến khi nước thịt cạn (đun bếp ở lửa vừa).
Khi nước thịt đã cạn thì cho 3 thìa dầu ăn vào chảo thịt rồi đảo đều, thêm gia vị sả, hành, tỏi vừa xay vào đảo chung. Đảo cho đến khi thịt xém vàng.
Cách làm mắm tép chưng thịt: Thêm 2-3 thìa mắm tép vào chảo thịt. Đảo đều cho thịt ngấm mắm tép, nấu khoảng 3-5 phút là được.
