Nhặt ngọn rau lang và rửa sạch để ráo nước. Tỏi băm nhuyễn phi thơm vàng .
Chuẩn bị 1 nồi nước sôi bỏ vào 1 muỗng canh muối đung sôi, bỏ rau lang vào chần khoảng 3 phút.
Chuẩn bị 1 tô nước lả thêm vài viên đá lạnh để giữ cho rau xanh giòn và hết mủ đắng, vớt rau ra rổ thưa cho ráo nước.
Bắc chảo dầu nóng bỏ tỏi đập dập vào phi thơm vàng tỏi, bỏ rau vào đảo đều tay dưới lữa lớn, cho 1 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, nêm vừa ăn và đảo đều rau cho thấm gia vị và chín rau.
Bày ra dĩa và rắc đều tỏi phi lên dĩa rau cho cả nhà cùng dùng cơm thôi.
