Thịt heo xào nấm đùi gà ớt xanh cũng khá đơn giản nè! Mình dùng thịt ba chỉ thái mỏng xào sẽ có mỡ, có nạc ăn sẽ ngon hơn nhiều. Nếu không thích thì bạn có thể dùng thịt heo thăn nhé!
Rửa sạch thịt heo và cắt thành lát mỏng và nhỏ. Cho thịt heo đã cắt vào tô, ướp cùng 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh hắc xì dầu, 1 muỗng cà phê bột bắp, ướp trong 15 phút.
Ớt xanh bỏ hạt và cuống, cắt thành những miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Tương tự nấm đùi gà rửa sạch, chẻ đôi rồi thái lát theo chiều ngang.
Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho ớt xanh vào xào cho ớt dịu đi cho ra để riêng. Làm tương tự với nấm đùi gà.
Xào thơm gừng sợi và đầu hành lá thái nhỏ với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho thịt heo đã ướp vào đảo đều tay. Thêm nước ướp thịt vào xào cùng. Sau đó cho nấm vào xào. Nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối. Xào khoảng 2 phút cho nấm mềm thì thêm ớt xanh vào, đảo đều tắt bếp.
Cho thịt heo xào nấm đùi gà ớt xanh ra đĩa dùng với cơm nóng. Món thịt xào béo ngậy, nấm đùi gà chín mềm, ớt xanh giòn cay. Ớt xanh chỉ nên xào nhanh qua để tránh làm mất chất trong ớt nhé!
